1.Package unboxing video is mandatory for Return and Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you have to meet the following criteria:
1.You must share the unboxing video with us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel
2.The video should start by showing the customer’s name and other details
3.All 4 sides of the parcel should be included in the video.
4.It should be a single shot video.(No pause & cuts )
5.Take video until you are convinced and satisfied with the quality of the product
6.The item must be clean, should not have any scratches, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including any tags or labels.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns or refunds. These include:
- Offer sale items.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, to your original method of payment.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please:
- Check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
